Thank you for shopping with Nivlek Stores. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Some items, such as personal care products, customized items, or clearance items, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our support team at nivlekstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or replacement? We offer free exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day window.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at nivlekstore@gmail.com with your order details and the item you'd like to exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship out the replacement.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
