Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Some items, such as personal care products, customized items, or clearance items, are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or replacement? We offer free exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day window.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at nivlekstore@gmail.com with your order details and the item you'd like to exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship out the replacement.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
